Branded cupcakes have become one of the most requested corporate orders we handle — and it's easy to see why. They're memorable, they photograph brilliantly for social media, and unlike a generic gift hamper, they carry your brand directly.

How the logo actually gets on there — We print your logo onto edible icing discs using food-safe edible ink, then apply them to smooth-topped buttercream. The result is a crisp, full-colour print that tastes of nothing but cupcake.

What we need from you — Your logo as a high-resolution PNG or JPEG (transparent background is a bonus but not essential). The higher the quality of the file, the sharper the print. Screenshots don't work well.

Lead times — For orders under 50, we need 72 hours. For 100 or more, give us a full week where possible. Rush orders are sometimes possible — just ask.

Brand colour matching — We can match your buttercream to your brand palette. Send us your hex codes or Pantone references and we'll get as close as food colouring allows.

One practical tip for autumn setups: darker palettes need more light to photograph well. Position your setup near a lamp or window rather than in a dim corner, and your photos will be dramatically better.

1. Book at least 48 hours in advance — While we always try to accommodate last-minute requests, giving us 48–72 hours means we can source the exact colours and styles you want. For weekends especially, we book up fast across London.

2. Know your venue's rules — Some London venues don't allow helium, wall attachments, or confetti. Let us know your venue and we'll suggest the best installation method to keep your deposit safe.
